CAN ANYONE OFFER MILLIE A HOME?
Please help if you can. I am fully innoculated, microchipped and spayed and am in good health. Given time, I do get on with other dogs, but have never been around young children, so best not go there! I don't like travelling in the car very much and I 'm a bit of a Houdini, so I need a secure garden. I am very loving and like nothing more than having my tummy tickled. ABOUT HORNSEA DOG OWNERS Hornsea Dog Owners Club started in 1990 in response to anti-dog propaganda and the threat of a dog-ban in Hornsea's Hallgarth Park. During that time the club has trained hundreds of dogs in basic obedience, many having been awarded their K.C. Good Citizens bronze, silver and gold medals--one in the eye for the dog-detractors! DOG-SHOW 2012: Please note that, due to various complications and unforeseen circumstances, we were unable to hold a show this year. We do apologise for any disappointment caused, and hope that we'll be able to resume in the future. NOMINATED CHARITY 2012: In lieu of the usual dog-show proceeds, Hornsea Dog-Owners have made a £1,000 donation to Hillside Animal Sanctuary's Romanian dog-rescue project. Course-fee, which is payable on the first night, is £50.00 per dog, including a club DvD. (For details of which, please see below.) All training is reward-based (is there any other kind?) so do bring a pocketful of bite-sized treats! PLEASE NOTE CLASS 1 (Puppies) commences at 7p.m.PROMPT, with registration from 6-45p.m., Class 2 (older, more advanced dogs and returnees) at 8p.m., with registration at 7.45p.m., and we do ask for proof of inoculation.
